As of July 1, Gotham City Pilates will merge with Pilates Reforming New York. Collectively, we will continue the Balanced Body Education Host Site programming & schedules. Joy Karley will continue as your Pilates Instructor Trainer, along with Balanced Body Faculty Ann Toran & Errol Toran. Together, we will offer you the same quality training you received at GCP, along with new & expanded course offerings.
Please note that while our 2011 Balanced Body Education calendar will continue as scheduled, all courses will now be conducted at the PRNY Education Annex located at 54 W. 39th St., 2nd Floor. This will begin with the Mat 1 course scheduled for June 25-26, 2011.

those working with full Trapeze Tables. Sequencing programs using
multiple pieces of equipment are covered as well as equipment set up,

The BBU Barrels certification includes exercisesand variations for the Ladder Barrel, Step Barrel and Pilates Arc. TheBarrels add variety to personal training sessions or classes and add achallenge to a wide variety of exercises useful for working withclients with particular issues.
